UCA’s Kayouloud Named Men’s Basketball Player of the Week

FRISCO, Texas – Central Arkansas forward Eddy Kayouloud is the Southland Conference Men’s Basketball Player of the Week, the league announced Monday.  He averaged a double-double for the week with 22 points and 10.5 rebounds per game as the Bears started Southland Conference play 2-0 for the first time since joining the league in 2006-07. UCA outlasted UIW 88-82 in overtime on Wednesday and overcame a 14-point second-half deficit in a 71-67 win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Saturday.
